The future of semiconductors starts with talent. Intel launched the Semiconductor Education Pathways Program (SEPP) to strengthen education-to-career pathways and help prepare the next generation of semiconductor talent through STEM education, educator training, hands-on learning, and scholarships. "This is a significant step towards creating a sustainable future for our industry," said Dr. Ann Kelleher, Intel Vice President and General Manager of Technology & Manufacturing Group. "We are committed to building a diverse and talented workforce that will drive innovation and growth in the semiconductor sector."

The program will provide a range of educational resources and support to students, educators, and communities, including online courses, virtual reality field trips, and hands-on workshops. Intel's investment in SEPP is part of its broader commitment to STEM education and workforce development.

Dr. Kelleher emphasized that Intel's goal is to create a pipeline of skilled and diverse talent that can meet the industry's growing demand for workers with advanced technical skills. "We believe that by working together with educators, students, and industry partners, we can create a brighter future for everyone involved," she said.
